Keto Friendly Chicken Strips – Important Tips

  • Add a teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the mixture if you like the coating a little spicy.
  • In this recipe, I am not using pork rinds, using almond flour instead, but you can use them as well or use pork panko if you don’t have pork rinds.
  • I am using chicken tenderloins as they are the most tender and juiciest part of the breast, you can use chicken breasts and cut into the strips.
