  • 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon butter, unsalted
  • ½ sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 hoagie rolls
