Chicken Yaki Udon – Tips

  • Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions before stir-frying. This ensures they are cooked through and have the right texture.
  • Use high heat when stir-frying to ensure the chicken and vegetables cook quickly and retain their crispness.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan when stir-frying. This will lower the cooking temperature and steam the ingredients instead of browning them.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning as needed before adding the noodles.
