Honey Jerk Chicken – Tips

Adjust the spice level – If you’re not a fan of heat, start with less pepper or omit it entirely. You can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a subtle kick.

Make it ahead – Marinate the wings overnight for maximum flavor. You can also bake them ahead of time and reheat them before serving.

Crispy skin – Pat the wings dry thoroughly before marinating. Use a baking rack on the baking sheet to allow air circulation for even crisping.

Sauce it up – Try different dipping sauces to find your perfect match. Try mango chutney, pineapple salsa, or a spicy jerk sauce.
