What To Serve With This Best Low Carb Chicken Cordon Bleu?

I like to serve it with a side of lettuce leaves, spinach and cherry tomatoes as a salad with ranch dressing. You can also enjoy it with roasted asparagus, mashed cauliflower, roasted or steamed broccoli.

Pork rinds – This is one of the best breading options on keto or low carb diet, but instead use half almond flour and half parmesan cheese.

Swiss Cheese – This gives you the classic cordon blue recipe but instead use muenster cheese or mozzarella.
