  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (or leftover rotisserie chicken)
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Take a large bowl, add mayonnaise, fresh dill, fresh parsley, mustard, and garlic. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add onions and shredded chicken. Season with a little salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (the more the better).
  4. Serve over lettuce wraps.
