  • 3 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


  1. In a large plastic zip-lock storage bag, add chicken wings, pepper, lemon juice, avocado oil, and salt. Seal and shake well with your hands to move the marinade to fully coat the chicken wings.
  2. Transfer the bag to the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  4. Place the marinated chicken (skin-side up) on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until wings internal temperature reads 165 degrees.
