Salt and Seasonings – I am using Ranch seasoning mix by Hidden Valley. Check the seasoning label carefully when seasoning the chicken with cheese, pepperoncini peppers, and ranch as the recipe does not have any extra salt in it. Add salt if required after shredding the chicken.

To avoid extra spice kick avoid adding pepperoncini peppers. Add more pepperoncinis if you like it more spicy.
